My name is Tabitha Wallenfang and together with my husband, Nate, we have launched DRIVE to Grow.  This venture is set to impact the lives of others in many ways through working together to achieve goals, take massive action and communicate better to those around us.

This concept was created based on the experiences we have had over the years.  In 2018, our oldest son attended Therapeutic Boarding School for treatment of ADHD, anxiety and depression which was a blessing in and of itself.  We are proud to say today he is successful in his endeavors as an adult.  However, we completed extensive individual and family therapy to remove barriers and learn how to communicate effectively.

In the process of our son receiving care, there were very little resources in the way of assistance in challenging situations such as that.  Furthermore, there was not a community of other individuals to lean on.  We felt isolated and on an island, more than ever in our personal or professional lives.

Having created businesses in the for-profit and non-profit realms, as well as time professionally in the medical field with Tabitha as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Nate as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry, it was very clear that achieving goals was a uniform activity among everyone we had met.  This led to an insatiable journey to decode and understand human interactions and how to construct success.  It also made for a passion to learn effective communication measures.

Over one year ago, life changed at the hands of a pivotal business coach.  They, too, are facinated with connecting with people and have simplified interaction with others tremendously.  Using that very framework, DRIVE to Grow is passionately providing a comfortable community of support, assisting others in their growth journey by removing barriers, empowering and leveraging effective and efficient communication.  This is a passion, not just a project or a job.  We look forward to pouring into you with all we have to offer!
